Located in Edinburgh's historical city centre, Central Apartments Edinburgh offers self-catering accommodation with free WiFi access throughout. The apartments lie within 500 metres from the EICC and the Edinburgh Castle.
Each unit has a living room with flat-screen satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. A washing machine and ironing facilities are also available.
The apartment's kitchen comes with all necessary equipment and kitchenware for guests to prepare meals. A variety of cafés, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets is located within a 15-minute walk from the accommodation.
The University of Edinburgh and the Royal Mile are located 900 metres from Central Apartments Edinburgh. Glasgow Airport is 77 km away.

軍改初審攻防戰 藍委佔領發言台
: 【台灣醒報記者譚有勝台北報導】國民黨佔領發言台杯葛軍改初審！為了順利通過軍改初審，民進黨立委包括蔡適應、羅致政等人26日一早便霸佔外交及國防委員會主席台，以確保議事順利。但國民黨也不甘示弱，黨書記長李彥秀帶領數十位立委佔領發言台與質詢台並舉牌抗議，大喊「先溝通、再詢答」 試圖阻擋軍改初審詢答環節。國民黨呼籲，沒有精算報告、充分溝通，軍改初審不宜通過。召委會主席王定宇則宣布議事休息。
立院外交國防委員會日前舉行軍改公聽會。八百壯士代表批評，政府將退撫基金操作績效低落的責任，轉嫁到已退役軍人身上，形同賴帳。雖然行政部門有3位官員輪番上台發言，卻只是簡單回應反年改團體的訴求，且召委會主席民進黨籍立委王定宇提早4小時解散公聽會，引發八百壯士與國民黨不滿，批評民進黨毫無誠意溝通，把公聽會當成「過水」。
在未與年改團體取得共識下，外交及國防委員會26日進行軍人年改草案初審。為了防止國民黨霸佔主席台，民進黨立委一早就聚集於會議室外，待會議室一開門火速「攻佔」 主席台，最終由民進黨立委蔡適應霸佔主席台，以確保議事順利進行。然而，國民黨也不甘示弱，李彥秀帶頭多位立委佔領質詢台與備詢台，試圖阻擋軍改初審詢答環節。
稍晚，召委會主席同時也是民進黨立委王定宇強硬接力蔡適應，宣布議事宣讀，舉行軍改初審。國民黨全體立委遂圍繞主席台，舉牌吶喊「先溝通、再詢答」 ，力阻議事進程。因議事嚴重受騷擾，民進黨立委王定宇隨即宣布休息，進行朝野協商。
《精靈寶可夢GO》才在台灣時間23日開放洛奇亞、急凍鳥兩隻傳說寶可夢，今（26）日又在官方部落格上宣布即將開放閃電鳥與火焰鳥讓玩家收服。
《精靈寶可夢GO》開發商Niantic在官方部落格表示，火焰鳥將在7月31日（周一）登場，並開放一個星期至8月7日（周一）結束；而閃電鳥則是接續火焰鳥於8月7日開放，同樣也是持續一星期至8月14日結束。
官方也公布了本次活動的一些數據，據統計後，期間內全球共餐加了超過460萬次的Raid戰鬥、獲得了超過5億隻寶可夢，其中包括190萬隻傳說寶可夢。

同時Niantic也對一周年活動記點出包致歉，表示會記取這次失敗的教訓，將獲得的經驗用在今年夏天日本橫濱與歐洲的活動上。
